Please indicate if you want us to Courier key to above address or you will arange pickup of key. Key Courier is a cost of $19.70 including the return courier bag. Rural is an additional $9.00. Pickup is by Arrangement from ACL Workshop - Washdyke, Timaru (Details will be emailed)

A $50 deposit is required to secure this booking. Account details wll be supplied in the booking acknowledgement email.

Note: As our calendar is manually updated, please do not treat booking as confirmed till you recieve an email from our booking officer.

NUMBERS ATTENDING
Your numbers must include all who are attening the camp regardless of if thye are in bunkrooms (Up to 44), in tents or staying in your caravan on-site. Total site cpacity all up is 150 and if over 100 we recomend you hire in some portaloos.
Fees: Scout & Guide groups, along with School Groups are charged at $10 per person per night for both Adults and Youth. All other Bookings are $20 per person per night.
DATES & TIMES OF BOOKING - Please check the Booking Calendar for availability
All bookings are for the entire camp as all facilities are shared

2 night weekend bookings are from 5pm Friday to 2pm Sunday so include Friday in your dates.

1 night weekend bookings are from 8am Saturday to 2pm Sunday.

A weekday booking is from 8am on the first day to midday on the last day.

Single day booking without an overnight is booked as if was one night and is from 8am to 5pm.

AGREEMENTS
We agree to abide by the camp rules
We agree to ensure that all building fire exits are kept clear and accessable at all times. We further agree to ensure that the upstairs smoke door is not held open and remains clear of anything that would impeed its correct opperation and that these agreements will be recorded in the onsite building abcdefg book and these conditions initialed.
